ABOUT CHEF PANGO
Chef Alfredo Pango's career spans nearly 30 years , Pango has perfected his unique style of creating exquisitely beautiful flowers, carvings, and garnishes from fruit and vegetables. From his native Philippines, his work took him on travels around the world aboard several luxury cruise ship liners, where he worked as Chef de Partie, Chef Gardemanger, Chef Buffetman, and First Pantryman. For several years, he worked for Norwegian Cruise Liners (N.C.L.) aboard the SS Norway, the world's largest cruise ship, and the MS Sunward II.
Chef Alfredo Pango has appeared on several television shows, including Toronto's CITY TV Morning News Program "Breakfast Television",
and "Nota Bene", an Italian-Canadian broadcast . He has also been featured on the front cover of the Toronto's Italian newspaper Lo Specchio. A member of the Chefs' Italian Association. Chef Alfredo Pango has given public demonstrations of his food art at numerous Bridal Shows including those at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto Exhibition Place and the International Airport Convention Centre.
